We look forward to welcoming you as our guest at Casa Salles! Our number one priority at Casa Salles is the health and safety of all our guests and employees. To ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable experience, we have developed safety measures and sanitation protocols throughout the property.

SAFETY
Hand sanitation stations are available throughout the hotel.
Hotel staff sanitise all surfaces frequently with an increased focus on high-touch areas.
Masks are available for guests at the front desk and we request that they are won while in public areas of the hotel. 
Guests & employees require temperature checks and screening before entering the property.
All employees are equipped with masks and trained to ensure a safe environment for our guests.
 

GUEST ROOMS 
All rooms are disinfected twice with a medical grade sanitization machine between occupancy
Hand sanitiser & face masks are provided in all guest rooms and suites.
Daily housekeeping service provided upon request. If you request housekeeping service, cleaning will be scheduled while you are out of your room.
Minibars are restocked upon departure or by request. 
 

RESTAURANT

All Staff are required to wear face masks. 
As per local government guidelines, face masks are compulsory when not seated at a table.
Seating is rearranged to allow for social distancing and following local government guidelines.
Seating is currently at 50% maximum capacity to allow for social distancing 

 

AMENITIES & SERVICES

Lifts are limited to one guest, couple, or family at a time. 
Spa service is available and additional safety measures are in place to ensure the safety of our guests and employees
