Refund Policy

Important: If you wish to modify or cancel a reservation made through an Online Travel Agency (OTA's) such as Best Day, Booking.com, Despegar.com, Expedia, Hotels.com etc. Please contact them direct at the Customer Service phone number they have provided at the time of making your reservation. Their dedicated teams will be able to assist you with any changes.

 

Direct reservations made to Casa Salles online at www.casasalles.com or by telephone, and that are cancelled at least 6 days prior to the reservation date, will be exempt from charges. All reimbursements will be made via the form of payment made at the time of booking- debit, credit card or bank transfer.

Guests also have the option of modifying the date of their reservation to a future date without receiving any penalties, proven any changes are communicated to us in writing by email at least 6 days prior to the original reservation date.

 

Reservations canceled less than 6 days prior to the reservation are considered non-refundable. A penalty equivalent to 1 (one) night of accommodation will apply. 

 

All refunds will be made exclusively through bank deposit or electronic transfer.

 

No Show Reservations are non-refundable and the room will be used within 24 hours. Lodging, known as "No Show".

 

Important Note: Any cancellation or modification must be confirmed by the hotel through e-mail to be considered valid. *Restrictions apply. ** Subject to availability.

 

RESTRICTIONS

 

All modifications related to changing dates, room type or number of rooms must be requested in advance.

 

The new booking date must not exceed 1 month after the originally booked date and may not be changed more than once.

 

Any changes will be subject to availability. You may check if there are rooms available for the date you are interested in.

 

The above does not apply in high season, holidays or weekends.

 

 

 

REFUND POLICIES

 

A refund will only be made in case of errors attributable to Hotel Boutique Casa Salles and which would be the following cases:

 

  • When a charge has been made higher than the total that would correspond to the type of room the guest has booked.

  • When the number of nights charged to the guest exceeds the number of nights requested and stayed in.

  • When in compliance with Hotel Boutique Casa Salles Cancellation Policies, the guest is credited with receiving a refund.

 

ALL refunds will be made exclusively by means of a bank deposit or electronic transfer directly to the customer's account. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.

 

Refunds may take between 5 to 35 days to be reflected on the customer's statement.  If you have not received a refund in that time frame, please contact our accounting department.
